Kym McManus


Kym S. McManus is a highly qualified professional in Biblical counseling. She holds licenses as a Clinical Christian Counselor and a Clinical Pastoral Counselor and is a Certified Temperament Therapist with the National Christian Counselors Association. Her Board Certification further recognizes her expertise as a Biblical Counselor by the American Association of Christian Counselors and her certification as a Marriage and Family Coach with James Dobson Marriage and Family Studies. Kym's academic background includes a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling Psychology with a Specialization in Child and Adolescent Therapy.

Kym's unwavering commitment to helping others is at the ministry’s core. She has a heart for hurting people and families and is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space. Kym's personal journey to faith has given her a deep understanding of what it's like to live without the peace of God’s unconditional love. She is ready to meet you where you are on your journey. Having experienced God's healing in her own life, she considers it a privilege to help others heal and grow, always with the assistance of God and His Word.

Outside of her professional life, Kym is a devoted wife and mother to an adult son and daughter. She cherishes the title of ”Kiki,” given to her by her beloved grandchildren. Kym's interests include traveling, reading, researching family ancestry, history, acting, and creative writing. She is also a dedicated volunteer, having counseled women at MARYS House, Piedmont Women’s Center, and Rape Crisis Council. She has also taught with Released Time for Pickens Middle School and enjoys teaching Sunday School at her church. Kym's commitment to her community is further demonstrated by her past service on the Pickens County Christian Learning Centers Board of Directors.



Jodi Holmes


Jodi Holmes grew up in a small farming community in Central Indiana. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Social Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University of Kokomo in 1994. Shortly after graduation, she became an Aging and Community Services case manager, working with the elderly and disabled.

Jodi became a widow at the age of twenty -five. This tragedy left her with two children under the age of two. She learned the importance of dependence on God through Grief Share and trained to be a group facilitator.

Jodi remarried and has spent most of her adult life dedicated to her family and volunteer work. She taught PE to elementary students at a local Christian school. In addition, she has coached youth soccer and volleyball for multiple seasons. She has also facilitated many Bible studies for women and children.

Jodi is a certified life and marriage coach. She would be honored to accompany you on your journey of success and transformation, whether reaching your personal goals, finding a new life after losing a loved one, or making your marriage great. Having been widowed, remarried, and having a blended family, she has learned from experience how to be a God-honoring spouse, mother, and grandmother. As a grief coach, she understands firsthand the painful experience of the life-changing event of losing a loved one. Having seen God's fantastic healing in her life, she knows He can do amazing things in your life (Ephesians 3:20). Jodi will be excited to walk alongside you and see what God will do!
