Jodi Holmes

Hey! My name is Jodi Holmes. I grew up in Central Indiana in a small farming community. I finished my BA in Social Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University of Kokomo in 1994. Shortly after graduation, I became a case manager for Area 5 Agency on Aging and Community Services working with the elderly and disabled. That same year I got married. We quickly started a family, and I decided to leave the workforce and devote my time to be a wife and mother. I was 25 years old and had two children under the age of 2 when my husband died because of injuries sustained due to a fall at work. The Lord was so good to me. I remarried a few years later to my amazing husband. We have 2 adult children and one higher schooler!

Even though l was not employed outside the home while our children were growing up, I spent many hours volunteering. I have had the privilege of teaching PE to elementary students at a local Christian school, I have coached multiple seasons of youth soccer and junior varsity volleyball, taught many years of Sunday School to middle schoolers, worked as a teen leader for 4 years, and was an assistant leader of the children's department of a huge Bible study where l was able to minister to women and their children. l am a home schooling mama. i love to be outside, hiking, checking out new places, working in the yard, traveling, eating out, and hanging out with my family.

I would be honored and would love to come along side you on your journey of success and transformation whether it be reaching your own personal goals, finding new life after the loss of your loved one, or making your marriage a great marriage. Together I know that we can succeed. l am certified life and marriage coach. Having been widowed, remarried, and having a blended family, I have had to study, read books, and learn how to be a God honoring spouse and mother. I have experience as a grief coach and understand first hand, the painful experience of the life changing event of losing a loved one. I know what God has done in my life. I know He can do amazing things in your life (Ephesians 3:20). I'm excited to walk alongside you and see what God is going to do!
